Deputies said they seized half an ounce of methamphetamine and numerous syringes.

John Michael Palmer, 39, and David Allen Cooper, 42, who both lived at the Meadowbrook address, were arrested on related methamphetamine charges.

Kelley Elaine Brown, 23, of Camarillo, and Peter Henry Lafaille, 42, of Thousand Oaks, were arrested on suspicion of being under the influence of the drug. Lafaille was also arrested on suspicion of violating parole.

The arrests came after a three-week investigation, during which deputies witnessed several methamphetamine sales, authorities said.
