NEW DIGS: Six weeks after it was booted from the Los Angeles Equestrian Center in Burbank, the award-winning Los Angeles Culinary Institute has resurfaced at an Encino mini-mall on Ventura Boulevard. The school was evicted Nov. 21 for failure to pay rent. . . . Under the direction of Chef Raimund Hofmeister, the institute will open a limited-hours restaurant at its new location in the near future.

BOZO FOREVER: It sounds like a bad movie: “When Bozo Met Tammy Faye.” But it’s no joke. The famous clown stopped by Burbank on Friday night to tape a segment for a new talk show starring the former wife of evangelist Jim Bakker. . . . “She wants me to teach her how to be Bozo,” said Larry Harmon, the man behind the makeup for the last 50 years. “I don’t know how much of a head start she’s got.”

CAMERA READY: For more than 30 years, Northridge resident Russ Busby, above, has crisscrossed the globe with his camera to chronicle the travels of evangelist Billy Graham (B1). “He is so congenial that he will do almost anything we need for a picture,” Busby says of the 77-year-old Baptist preacher. . . . In December, Busby visited Bosnia with Graham’s son, Franklin.

A SISTER’S PAIN: Facing the man who killed her brother during a 1993 Porter Ranch robbery, Kelly Holden had angry words for 18-year-old Dusty Castillo on Friday. “You are a predator of society,” she said. . . . Van Nuys Superior Court Judge Charles L. Peven agreed, sentencing Castillo to life in prison for the murder of John Michael Holden (B1).

TREE RECYCLING: Still haven’t gotten rid of the Christmas tree? More than two dozen sites throughout L.A. County will accept non-flocked trees for recycling today and Sunday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. . . . Valley sites include the Balboa Sports Center in Encino and Sunland Park in Sunland. . . . To find the nearest location, call (800) 552-5218.
