Remembering ‘Rawhide’

I believe there should be a correction on the Clint Eastwood article (TV Times Just Asking, Dec. 17) about the “Rawhide” series.

As I recall Eric Fleming did not leave the series. He died and left his body to science from what I read at the time. He drowned on location. Then Mr. Eastwood became the star of the series. Check the records to be sure.
