Woodland Hills : McKeon to Talk on Balancing the Budget

Rep. Howard P. “Buck” McKeon (R-Santa Clarita) will speak today at a Valley Industry and Commerce Assn. luncheon on attempts to balance the federal budget.
Alan Ungar, co-chairman of VICA’s federal issues committee, said the association has asked McKeon to give a report on the budget talks. Ungar said VICA also plans to urge McKeon to press for a balanced budget and an end to partisan bickering.
The luncheon, which costs $15, begins at noon at the Warner Center Marriott at 21850 Oxnard St. in Woodland Hills.
