Kofax Completes LaserData Acquisition

Kofax Image Products said it has completed its acquisition of LaserData of Tyngsboro, Mass.

Terms of the acquisition, the first in Kofax’s 10-year history, were not disclosed. LaserData will now bear the Kofax name. Kofax Image Products provides document imaging software components.
