U.S. corn supplies are near their lowest levels in a decade, drained by booming demand overseas and record numbers of livestock being fed on U.S. farms and feedlots, the U.S. Department of Agriculture said. . . . Simon Property Group Inc., the nation’s largest mall and shopping center owner, and Mills Corp. said they agreed to jointly develop and manage three huge outlet malls in San Bernardino County, Phoenix and Dallas. Indianapolis-based Simon will take a 25% stake in the 1.7-million-square-foot Ontario Mills mall under development in San Bernardino County. . . . Bill Cosby agreed to buy Lake Sonoma Winery in northern Sonoma County in a deal valued at about $1 million, the Times learned. . . . Tustin-based Regency Health Services Inc. said it will sell 13 nursing homes in the state and buy 18 in Tennessee and North Carolina.
