Forms Engineering Being Sold to Illinois Firm

La PALMA — Forms Engineering Corp., a privately held direct mail printer in La Palma, is being acquired by Wallace Computer Services, an Illinois company, for an undisclosed amount of cash. The companies said the transaction should be completed next month.
Forms Engineering was founded in 1967. Wallace, which is headquartered in Hillside, was founded in Chicago in 1908.
