NEWPORT BEACH — Helin Organization, a meeting management and incentive travel agency, has been acquired by Ambassadors International Inc. of Spokane, Wash., in an exchange of stock. Terms were not disclosed.

Ambassadors International organizes, markets and operates international educational travel programs for students and adults.
