Reformulated Gasoline

* On the front page of The Times on Jan. 14, you had an article on “the world’s cleanest-burning gasoline” being introduced to California. I am very happy to see the cleaner air laws being passed. I am also a conservative Republican.

A person can be a true conservative and a reasonable environmentalist at the same time. Germany is a good example of a modern, pro-business state with environmental wisdom and application at the same time.

I also support the phase-in of electric vehicles. We’ll all breathe easier!
