Tivoli Industries Inc.: The Santa Ana manufacturer of specialty lighting and related products said net income for the first quarter increased 7% to $59,116, or 2 cents a share, from $55,200, or 1 cent a share, for the same period last year. Sales for the quarter ended Dec. 31 rose 40% to $1.4 million from $1 million.
