Crown Sterling Bought

ANAHEIM — The 222-unit Crown Sterling suites hotel has been acquired by a Texas hotel chain that will convert the property to an Embassy Suites hotel later this year. FelCor Suite Hotels Inc. of Garland, Texas, said it will spend $50 million refurbishing the Anaheim property and 15 other Crown Sterling hotels recently bought for conversion to Embassy Suites hotels.
