Color Tile Inc. said it is closing 234 stores, resulting in the loss of 825 jobs. The Fort Worth-based home products retailer will now operate 387 stores in 48 states. . . . Western International Media named Michael E. Kassan president, succeeding the media-buying firm’s founder, Dennis F. Holt.
