Fidelity Acquires Firms

Fidelity National Financial Inc. said Wednesday it has acquired two Oregon companies, Professional Escrow Inc. and Title Insurance & Escrow Services Inc. for cash. The companies will operate as Fidelity branches under the name Fidelity National Title Co. of Oregon.
