‘Rivers in the Desert’ to Begin Filming in June
Cable’s TNT will air an upcoming movie version of “Rivers in the Desert,” based on Margaret Leslie Davis’ best-selling biography of Los Angeles engineer William Mulholland.
The TV movie, which is expected to start principal photography in June, tells of how Mulholland built the Los Angeles Aqueduct, which turned a sparsely populated desert town into a thriving metropolis.
“Rivers in the Desert” is being produced by Papazian-Hirsch Entertainment.
