Picture Perfect: Computer buffs will want to check out FotoFUN, a new color photo printer that works with their home computer. It is compatible with Windows, Macintosh and Amiga. This nifty desktop darkroom produces quality photographs from 2 by 3 inches to 4 by 6 inches, and will print them from scanned images, photo CDs and disc images.

Developed by FARGO Electronics in Eden Prairie, Minn., the FotoFUN machine comes with a print film kit, including ribbon and glossy paper for 36 prints. A refill kit is also sold separately for $34.95.

There are optional kits ($39.95 each) that let users print color photo postcards, photo coffee mugs and photo labels.

Playing Tag: Since label printers have become a hit with adults, Casio is introducing Stick ‘Em, Stamp ‘Em Label Shop KL-430 for kids.

The compact printer has an easy-to-use keyboard and a four line display so children can create and see their labels simultaneously. They can make all kinds of labels, and there is a stamper that lets the user both stick and stamp names, messages and graphics to their possessions.
