Internet Address Puts City in Reach Online
City Hall is now open 24 hours, in a sense.
A new Internet address Hall allows residents to send requests and questions to City Hall via e-mail any time of day.
“We’re going to enjoy this,” said City Clerk Ivy Joseph, whose department will process all requests. “It will save time for both us and residents, because people can find out precisely what they need when they send us e-mail.”
Residents who need information or have a complaint, or businesses wanting demographic information about Mission Viejo can send their request directly to mviejo@ix.netcom.com.
