Trimedyne Inc. Reports Quarterly Loss

Trimedyne Inc., which manufactures medical lasers, said it lost $886,000, or 9 cents a share, for the first fiscal quarter ended Dec. 31, compared with a loss of $872,000, or 9 cents a share, for the same quarter a year ago. Revenue declined 3% to $3 million from $3.1 million.
