MAI Systems Corp.: The Irvine information systems and computer products company reported net income of $10.2 million, or $1.23 a share, for 1995, which included an extraordinary gain of $1.6 million related to favorable tax settlements. That compares with net income of $4.5 million, or 61 cents a share, for 1994. Revenue was up slightly, to $66.3 million from $66.1 million. Fourth-quarter profit declined 49% from the year-earlier period, to $2.2 million, or 27 cents a share, from $4.3 million, or 59 cents a share. The 1994 fourth quarter included a gain of $2.9 million in nonoperating income and an extraordinary item. Revenue increased 4%, to $17 million from $16.3 million.
