A federal employee who said he was groped by women during a sensitivity training session has agreed to settle his sexual-harassment lawsuit for $2,001, the government said. Douglas Hartman, an air traffic controller in suburban Aurora, sued the Federal Aviation Administration in 1994, saying the government was overzealous in trying to sensitize men to the way women feel when they are sexually harassed on the job. Hartman, who had asked for $300,000, said he wasn’t concerned about the amount of his award. “This was never about money,” he said. “Money was never an issue.”
