ICN Pharmaceuticals Inc.: The Costa Mesa pharmaceutical company said net income totaled $67.3 million, or $2.20 a share, for 1995. ICN reported a net loss of $183.6 million, or $8.38 a share, for 1994, which included a $221-million write-down in the fourth quarter associated with the merger of the four ICN companies. Sales were up 38%, to $507.9 million from $366.9 million. Fourth-quarter net income was $19.5 million, or 61 cents a share, contrasted with a net loss of $207.3 million, or $8.39 a share, for the like quarter of 1994. Revenue declined 11%, to $109.4 million from $123 million. Results for 1995 reflect the first full year of operations after the merger in late 1994 of ICN Pharmaceuticals and three affiliates.
