DEADLINE: To assist immigrants in renewing their pre-1979 green cards, the East Valley Multipurpose Senior Center is accepting about 100 appointments for April 11, when INS officials are scheduled to revisit the North Hollywood facility. The cards expire March 20. “As long as they go through us, they’re not going to be penalized,” says Geneva Ruiz-Hyatt, the center’s assistant director. . . . MONEY MATTERS: Los Angeles County Supervisor Mike Antonovich’s reelection coffer is fast approaching the $1-million mark. The latest campaign statements show that Antonovich, who is seeking his fifth term, raised $868,646 as of Feb. 10. . . . Dan Kumaus, his little-known opponent, is not accepting contributions and says he’ll spend less than $1,000.

FALLOUT: Two weeks after ending the B-2 bomber program, President Clinton will propose increased production of the C-17 military cargo jet during a Long Beach visit today. The idea may earn political points, but not everyone is happy (D1). . . . “I’m a little angry about it,” said Patrick Dinwiddie, an electrical engineer at Northrop Grumman in Palmdale. “It’s like a political game.”
