More L.A. City Hall
Should City Hall be saved? (“An Open or Shut Case,” Jan. 23) A sad no. I’ve lived my 63 years within five miles of City Hall. I took an interest in the structure, appreciated it, enjoyed it. But to the practical-minded, its time has passed. The reality is not too many people give a hoot about City Hall. The few who do grew up in the city [and] they will all be dead in about the next 20 years, myself included.
