Trends: Viacom Inc.’ MTV unit and Pepsi-Cola International have formed an international media and marketing alliance. Pepsi-Cola International is a unit of PepsiCo Inc. The parties said Pepsi will be the exclusive soft drink sponsor of signature MTV programming in Europe, Latin America and Asia.
