Cocker Cleared: British pop star Jarvis Cocker was cleared Monday of assaulting three children appearing on stage with Michael Jackson at a music awards ceremony in London last month. “Jarvis Cocker has fully cooperated with police who have considered the complaints and have decided no action of any nature will be taken against him,” his lawyer said after the star appeared at a London police station. The 32-year-old lead singer with the British band Pulp was arrested after he burst onto the stage while Jackson was performing at the Brit Awards, the pop industry’s equivalent of the Grammy Awards.
