Orange Coast Title in Santa Ana also has jumped online with its investment property listing service on its Internet home page.

The service features 150 property listings in Southern California for commercial, industrial and apartment buildings.

Last year, Orange Coast was one the first companies to go on the Internet and provide access to mortgage rates, title information and updates on real estate trends.

“This can be an exceptional marketing tool for brokers,” said Kathy Danneman, a company assistant vice president. The home page is also designed for the individual consumer, she said.

Started in 1974, Orange Coast Title has 16 offices with more than 500 employees in Southern California, Colorado and Utah.
