State Regulators Looking at Lloyd’s: The regulators have begun coordinating a fraud investigation of Lloyd’s of London, the troubled British insurance firm. Silva of the Arizona Corporation Commission. The new state litigation committee could be the first step of a formal state regulatory task force investigating Lloyd’s.
