February Home Sales Are Up in Conejo Valley

February sales of single-family homes in the Conejo Valley totaled 186 in February, compared to 171 in January, according to the Conejo Valley Assn. of Realtors.
The median sales price for all single-family homes in February was $248,749. The median price breakdown for February sales was $154,999 for 11 homes of up to two bedrooms, $198,570 for 63 three-bedroom homes and $304,166 for 112 homes with four or more bedrooms.
There were 60 condominium sales in February, compared to 52 sold in January.
The total volume for all residential real estate sales in February was more than $67 million.
