** 1/2 Mandy Barnett, “Mandy Barnett,” Asylum. It’s no mystery why this young Tennessean won the title role in the musical “Always, Patsy Cline.” She’s got Cline’s wide-open emotionalism, sweeping crescendos and vocal cries down pat. She’ll need to find her own identity, but for this appealingly retro debut, she wears Cline’s shadow quite nicely.
