CorVel to Buy Software Unit

Managed-care provider CorVel Corp. said Thursday that it has agreed to acquire Dun & Bradstreet Corp.’s Selectplus software unit for an undisclosed amount. CorVel said the acquisition will give it the ability to review line items on bills.

Selectplus is based in Fort Worth, Texas.
