Earth Week celebrations continue through Saturday with a variety of activities to benefit the environment. A selection of events:
SATURDAY
“It’s Our Earth”
What: Outdoor family fair featuring several earth-friendly activities.
Where: 9860 Larson Ave., Garden Grove.
When: Noon to 4 p.m.

“March for Parks”
What: Two-hour docent-led interpretive hike through Little Sycamore Canyon, with brochures and “Keep It Wild” T-shirts.
Where: Laguna Coast Wilderness Park, Laguna Canyon and El Toro roads.
When: 8, 8:45 and 9:30 a.m.
How much: $20 donation helps fund purchase of park land.

Orange Coastal Beach Sweep
What: Border-to-border cleanup to remove trash and other debris from shoreline area.

ONGOING
Project Earth
What: Series of environmental exhibits, soaring balloon sculptures and events. Man-made tide pool, hands-on exhibits with live animals, and the California Forest Products Commission’s walk-through forest exhibit. Saturday and Sunday there are stage shows featuring birds and animals from rain forest and desert habitats.
When: Through April 30; 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Friday; 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Saturday; 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sunday.
