Tivoli Industries Inc.: The Santa Ana designer and manufacturer of specialty lighting and related products posted second-quarter net income of $18,726, 13% higher than the $16,622 for the same period last year. Revenue for the quarter ended March 31 increased 50%, to $1.5 million from $1 million. Six-month net income was $77,842, or 2 cents a share, up 8% from the year-earlier figure of $71,825, or 2 cents a share. Revenue rose 38%, to $2.9 million from $2.1 million.
