Clinton Sets College Talks

WASHINGTON —
President Clinton will deliver commencement addresses next month at Penn State University and the Coast Guard Academy and in June at Princeton University on the school’s 250th anniversary. Princeton does not normally feature an outside speaker at its ceremonies but invited Clinton a few months ago to commemorate the anniversary, a university spokesman said Wednesday.
