MAI Systems Corp.: The Irvine computer products and systems company reported first quarter net income of $1.8 million, or 21 cents a share, a 38% drop from the $2.9 million, or 39 cents a share, a year ago. Revenue declined 15% to $14.7 million from $17.2 million. The company said revenue for the 1995 first quarter had been boosted by a large installation by the company’s gaming subsidiary.
