Regency Health Services Inc. The Tustin health care services company reported that first-quarter net income declined 13%, to $2.7 million, or 16 cents a share, from $3.1 million, or 18 cents a share, for last year’s first quarter. Revenue increased 33%, to $130 million, from $97.5 million. In the first three months this year, Regency completed the acquisition of 18 long-term care facilities and three institutional pharmacies.
