Lansco Properties Buys Schlumberger Facility

Lansco Properties has purchased a 100,000-square-foot industrial facility in Oxnard.
The facility at 2230 Statham Parkway was formerly occupied by Schlumberger Industries. As part of the transaction, Lansco also acquired 7.14 acres of land.
Lansco has leased a portion of the facility to K.B. Foler Trucking, leaving approximately 60,000 square feet of space available in the building.
Mike Tharp, an industrial properties specialist with Grubb & Ellis, represented Lansco in the acquisition. Paul Farry of CB Commercial represented the seller.
