Expanding N.U. Pizza to Buy Numero Uno Store

N.U. Pizza Holding Corp. has entered into an agreement to acquire the Numero Uno Restaurant in Thousand Oaks.
Earlier this month, the company acquired a Numero Uno Restaurant in North Hollywood. Together, the two acquisitions are expected to add more than $1 million to the company’s annual revenue and increase profit by more than $150,000.
Company officials said they are continuing negotiations with two other existing franchisees to acquire their operating units as well. Officials hope to finalize one or both of these transactions by the end of the company’s current fiscal year.
If the company can acquire all four restaurants, it will have the required assets, capital and surplus to apply for listing on the Nasdaq market.
