Rockwell Subsidiary Completes Acquisition

SEAL BEACH — Rockwell International Corp. said its Milwaukee-based Allen-Bradley factory automation business has completed its previously announced acquisition of Intecolor Corp. Terms weren’t disclosed.
Intecolor, located near Atlanta, makes industrial workstations and workplace video monitors. The company will remain in Georgia. Rockwell, based in Seal Beach, has major business interests in aerospace, automation and automotive products and electronics.
