Scofflaws Warned of Patrol Crackdown

Curious where police traffic officers plan to strike next?
Through Saturday, sheriff’s deputies who patrol Thousand Oaks intend to issue fines to all traffic scofflaws who fail to obey speeding and other traffic laws at Westlake Boulevard and Potrero Road.
The police said this traffic bureau “Tip of the Week” is part of their effort to reduce the high volume of traffic accidents at that intersection.
