Agreement May Ease Home-Banking Access

Digital Insight of Newbury Park and EarthLink Network of Pasadena have announced a joint marketing agreement to have financial institutions distribute the TotalAccess Internet service to their customers.

EarthLink TotalAccess product includes the Netscape Navigator 2.0 web browser.

Through this marketing program, financial institutions can offer their customers home-banking access with unlimited usage for $19.95 per month with no setup fee and no charge for the Netscape browser. When customers install the software on their computers, the Netscape web browser will default to the financial institution’s home page each time the customer signs onto the Internet.

Digital Insight, which provides Internet services to financial institutions, serves more than 65 clients throughout the United States.

EarthLink Network, an Internet Access Provider, has a national network of connections in more than 280 cities throughout the country.
