Puzo Wins Missouri Lifestyle Award

Times staff writer Daniel P. Puzo has won the Food & Nutrition category of the 1996 Missouri Lifestyle Journalism Awards for his story “On the Hamburger Trail,” an investigation into the many steps it takes for a burger to get from cow to table.

Times staff writer Charles Perry was a finalist in the same category for “Stick Food,” an article about kebabs around the world.
