Voice Powered Technology Seeks New Opportunities

Voice Powered Technology International Inc., a Sherman Oaks maker of voice-activated consumer electronics products, said it has hired EVEREN Securities as an advisor to pursue joint ventures, strategic alliances and other opportunities.

The company is seeking to join forces with a company that could help expand its distribution network or provide new product applications, said a spokesman.
