DOLE LEAVES SENATE : Poll Watch: Frozen in Place
Despite events such as Bob Dole’s decision to resign from the Senate and the guilty verdicts against President Clinton’s former business partners in the Whitewater trial, the presidential race seems frozen in place. Polls have not moved significantly since January, when Clinton gained his current lead.
