Colleges / Campus scene : Acting Dean’s Post Is Made Permanent
Cal State Fullerton professor Rick D. Pullen, acting dean of the School of Communications for the last year, has been appointed to the post permanently.
Pullen became a university faculty member in 1973. Before becoming acting dean, he served as associate dean for four years.
He now will be in charge of the School of Communications, which includes the advertising, communicative disorders, journalism, organizational communication, photography, public relations and television-film programs.
The School of Communications is the fifth largest of its kind in the nation.
