Dense-Pac Microsystems Inc.: The Garden Grove designer and manufacturer of computer chip stacking technologies reported that net income for the first fiscal quarter declined 48% to $145,330, or 1 cent a share, from $277,609, or 2 cents a share, a year ago. Revenue for the quarter ended May 31 dropped 2% to $4.1 million from $4.2 million. The company attributed the revenue decline to the worldwide decrease in memory chip prices.
