‘Who’s Who’ Adds Warner Teacher to List
Robert Wise, a band teacher at Willis Warner Middle School, has been chosen for inclusion in the 1996 edition of “Who’s Who Among American Teachers.”
Wise, who directs the school’s 81-piece band, also teaches beginning band courses at four other campuses in the Westminster School District. He has been teaching at the district for seven years and won the Teacher of the Year award in 1992.
Last year, Wise and his bands raised about $15,000 for music programs by performing at special events and conducting fund-raisers, district officials said.
