The Institute of Real Estate Management’s Orange County chapter will have its fifth annual “Invest in Success” conference July 11 in Anaheim. About 800 property managers, asset managers, owners, investors and developers are expected to attend. Basketball coach Pat Riley will be the luncheon speaker and Larry Kimball, director of the UCLA’s Business Forecast Project, will discuss the California economy. . . . Representatives from Miami-based Lennar Corp. and Beazer Homes of Atlanta will talk about opportunities in the Orange County housing market at a Monday dinner gathering of the Orange County chapter of the Building Industry Assn. at the Irvine Marriott.
