People / Spotlight on achievers : Rabbi Is Recipient of Honorary Doctorate
Rabbi Stephen J. Einstein has been awarded an honorary doctorate of divinity degree from Hebrew Union College’s Los Angeles campus.
Last year, he earned a doctorate of Hebrew letters from the college.
Einstein has been the rabbi of Fountain Valley’s Congregation B’nai Tzedek since its founding in 1976.
He is also president of the Orange County Bureau of Jewish Education and past president of the Orange County Board of Rabbis.
