Horizon Medical Buys Assets, Assumes Lease

Horizon Medical Inc. has acquired certain assets of the Wilshire Medical Products division of Wilshire Technologies Inc. for nearly $1.1 million.

Horizon, which develops products and services for the medical device and pharmaceutical industries, also assumed the lease on the Medical Products division plant in Dallas and plans to continue operating the business at that location.
