Wynn’s International Inc.: The Orange company, which supplies O-rings, sealing products, specialty chemical products and builders hardware material, reported net income of $4 million, or 42 cents a share, for the second quarter, which included a loss of $1.5 million from the sale of assets of its automotive air conditioning operations. That compares with net income of $4.1 million, or 44 cents a share, for the 1995 second quarter. Sales gained 7% to $71.8 million from $66.8 million.

For the first half, net income rose 13% to $8.8 million, or 93 cents a share, from $7.8 million, or 86 cents a share, for the first six months of 1995. Sales rose 8% to $143.3 million from $132.4 million.
