Schools / Education news : Kennedy Business Students Win Honors

Kennedy High School’s chapter of the Future Business Leaders of America garnered two first- and one third-place awards at the group’s national convention in Washington this month.
In the desktop publishing category, Samuel Aborne and Fernand Braganza won first place. Sherry Tsai won third place in the Ms. Future Business Leader competition.
The Kennedy High chapter also won first place for professional membership in the Western region.
Teachers Wilhelmina Van Hunnick and Patty Dyle accompanied the 12 Kennedy High students who attended the national convention.
